Creating and running scheduled reports when they are custom reports requires certain parameters be added in order for the
reports to complete and  run sucessfully. If this is not done, the error message received is not meaningful.

I would like to see the debug or error level of custom reports be increased to the report scheduler so that it would alert on this type of error.
