Incoming Calls by Group Detail - insufficient detail to help with Personnel Issues
We want staff calling groups, not individual user names in departments, but if they do the group name and get rejected, we don't know who did the rejecting. It is important that we know who is rejecting so that we can decide if we have a personnel problem.
