Is it possible to disable call waiting for a user?

Is it possible to turn off call waiting on an individual basis? Several users find this feature interuptive and want it turned off.

Disable Call Waiting Feature Merged

We would like to suggest disabling the call waiting feature as it cuts out voice on current calls and is dangerous in emergency situations.
