Vocera reports be customized to the user group level

 I would like to run speech recognition reports by groups for departments, such as Physicians who have greater then 85% speech recognition or Nurses who have greater then 85% speech recognition from the department of ED. Right now I can see how to filter by department but I was wondering if we can filter by groups within the department?
