Staff have requested the option of setting a different ringtone from their selected ringtone for an incoming call that was forwarded to their smartphone. Example: A call to an Emergency Room Physician is forwarded to the E.D. Charge Nurse. The Charge Nurses smartphone would have a different ringtone to alert them the call was forwarded to them from another person/group.
