The Call Button can be configured for Accept with URGENT Messages only.
The DND Button can be configuredfor Reject with URGENT Messages only.
Request
Provide NORMAL Accept & Reject alert responses using the Call and DND Buttons.
As a result, this would reduce the announcement by the Genie and reduce the multiple button presses it takes to respond to those alerts.
This would reduce noise and provide an ease of use one button press to respond.

The Joint Commision is working towards noise reduction and alert fatigue standards.  This would be an ideal correct step in making that happen!
