I hate extra mouse clicks.

Why not eliminate an extra mouse click when adding a group to a user?

When you edit or add a user and click on the Groups tab, then click on the "Add" button, displayed is a nice screen with no focus. So a mouse click in the "Search" box is needed to find a group typing. Why not set the focus of the object to the "Search" box and give the user a flashing I bar and eliminate an extra mouse click?
