Email alert when users are logged out due to inactivity or go off network

For some deployments, it would be useful if an alert could be sent out when a badge is automatically logged out for inactivity or going off network. The behavior of logging users off automatically would not be changed, there would be just be a new option to send an alert when it happens. This would allow admins (or others in management) to become aware of users who chonically forget to log out and/or take their badge with them when they leave the facility.
