We need to record the patient "K" number as part of the prompts for each clinic letter. The K Number is in the format “ddmmyyaa” where aa is two characters used to make the date unique.

I can only see how we enter digits in the prompts, this won’t work because there will be multiple patients with the date as the first part of their K Number
