Currently when you log into Staff Assignment it defaults to a 10 minute refresh rate. This can be changed, but the change is only persistent through that single session. As soon as you log out and back in, the setting reverts back to 10 minutes. Would like a way to set the default to a lower value so that this doesn't have to be manually changed every time someone logs in.
