Our Help Desk is repsonible for calling out to all of IT on-call rotations. It is currently cumbersome to try and view who is on-call for each group. The Help Desk would like to have a consolidated view of the on-call schedule (who is on-call for that day for each group). This should be configurable. Although there may be times that the Help Desk may need to page anyone on call for any group, there is a core set of 15 groups that they are always responsible for. We have over 250 on-call groups throughtout the facility.
