EPIC / EHR automated message delivery - Ability to determine and flag PHI Content

For the VMP app, there should be a way to parse an message.  We are integrated with EPIC and when a message is sent, if the end user has the VMP app, they should be able to recieve the entire message.  If not, then they only recieve the header.  This will do two things:

1) Allow for HIPAA compliant information to be sent (or not) to users based on device type
2) Incentive to move toward the VMP app, rather than just a pager for messages via VMP.
