Add functionality to mix name fields with group or department fields. For example, if profile first name field is John and last name field is Smith, and group membership is IT, and Telecom, and Vocera Help, allow callers to seek this person by using the command “Call John in IT,” or “Call John in Telecom,” or “Call John in Vocera Help.”

I have received requests from departments of 200+ individuals to set them up this way, using the Alternate Name field.  This is prohibitive, due to the labor involved to set-up, and the regular maintenance that would be required with group membership changes also necessitating Alternate Names.  Also, there aren't enough Alternate Name fields to set this up when users are in many groups.
