Although the console allows three different alternate names to help with speech recognition, my users have expressed a desire to have a field that could be called "Preferred First Name". This field could then contain the most common name by which the user goes by and has recorded their name as.  Also this could be the name that is displayed on their badge.

Example: 
Proper First Name: Jolene
Alternate First Name: Joe Lean (to help with speech recognition)
Preferred First Name: Joely
