VCS -- Group names not just individuals

Group names not just individual names in a message.  This option would make it more clear who staff is talking to when using groups.

    The groups are resolved to the individual users when a group is selected to be able to resolve user availability state and forwarding options. In the conversations users can select the "i" button to see all of the recipients.
