Sometimes the PPE clinicians are wearing (gown, gloves, etc.) may be too thick for the haptic sensor to read a touch/press. Perhaps we could put the badge into "PPE mode" when it's definitely going to be worn under PPE and then clinicians could use the volume button (either button) as the call button until taken out of PPE mode (and likely have a voice command to switch in and out of PPE mode)
