Make a vocera tag that only listens until it hears its if number then reports location of the device it is attached to. Example an EKG cart. Could use coin cells for battery to keep the device small. This tag would use the existing covers network to communicate. We frequently have emergencies that require specialized equipment. Time to locate can make the difference in outcome. Also could reduce staff frustration and time wasted when needing a piece of equipment such a a ultrasound for use in placing a line. Equipment gets loaned out a d sometimes not immediately returned.
