'DND' to read name of user and location during Staff Assist on V5000. Same as C1000 process

It would be great if the V5000 process was the same as the C1000 during Staff assist 'Red Button'.

Currently on the V5000 - you need to listen to duress audio, read screen for username, press 'DND' to hold audio, press 'Call button' give new command 'Locate username'. This is a timely process, which defeats purpose of listening to important information within the audio as you miss most of the audio.

C1000 process - Listen to audio, press DND button - user name and location is read instantly without command and then auto returns to the live audio.
