Report : For compliance i.e. % Answered
Organization is always looking for validation of the system and investment. Looking for a simple report that says - number of calls presented / number of calls answered by "vocera Group" and the number incomplete or rejected or any other treatment.
This basic report (i would like to be able to pick the fields) tells the manager for example - 210 calls presented to your "groups" and only 119 times did the staff member answer on their Vocera. All other calls forwarded to a phone / or we can go positive ;-) your unit answered 89 % of the calls..
The manager's would like a similar report for their staff - x presented to nurse sue she answered 90 %...
