It would be nice to have the address book exported via a report on a regular basis, so a static copy can be updated for web publishing.  It may even be a good idea to include a read-only version of the address book on the user console with link to email the administrator for updates or new requests.  What about being able to ask the Genie, if she/he has an address book entry for "Pizza Hut" or whatever?  Thanks for all the bells and whistles we already have. :D
