Would like to have the ability to see when a user was added in their profile or a "user since" date field.  When pulling monthly/weekly reports like inactive users it brings up people that haven't started so its not really ideal to get numbers from.  Creates the sys admin more of a challenge of investigating if this is a new staff member or not.
