Report - Login Logout to contain cause

When running a user activity report, the logout time is misleading, as we do not know if this was a logout caused by the user giving the logout command, or the system preference to auto logout any badge not connected for 2 hours.

Currently, if you remove the battery and go home without logging out, the system will auto logout after 2 hours in order to reuse login licenses. We need this and have applied this timing for our system.

If I am trying to determine if someone has left work early, or stayed late, I do not know the cause of the logout time in the report, in order to determine which happened. Did they actually log out at that time, or was it 2 hours earlier by the battery being removed?

This should be revisited now that Platform Audit Log identifies auto logouts.

Knowing how a user logs out is important for system management as this affects available devices for on-coming staff & voice license management.

It is possible today (11/2025) to export an Audit Log & perform a good amount of Excel data work to obtain this information. But, this is very manual, taking a good amount of time and prevents providing automated scheduled reports to management. Badge loss can 'snowball' quickly causing issues for staff & their patient care.
