The incoming calls to groups - detail report shows the name of the person who answered the call.

We would like to change this to show the group that person was in which caused them to receive the call.
I.e. if the Medical Reg answered a call for the SHO, we would like it to say 'Medical Reg' rather then 'Tom Smith'
