Update the reports to allow users to tell the use of the panic feature and push to talk feature from a normal broadcast.  Currently these are lumped into one report.  If there is an issue with a user using these features correctly or we need to backtrack to find out why a user initiated a panic call, there is currently no way to determine who and when each calling option was used.
