Add reporting and logging for Vocera eMaill integration

We need the ability to run a report on text messages that sent to Vocera users via email.  At this time the only way to research any issues with sending emails is by scouring through the Vocera logs.  We use multiple outside applications that send text notification via email to Vocera users and groups (taylorj:vocerasupport@somc.org).  Having the ability to verify and track these messages would be a great asset.
