Report of Users with Call Forwarding Set
Would it be possible to have a report of all users with calls forwarded that shows the user, groups & department(s) and where the calls are forwarded to?
We allow clinicians to forward their calls to mobiles when they are off site but on call. However a number of junior doctors are using the facility rather than using a badge - we want to discourage this (and of course, there is a cost associated with calling mobiles).
"Announce Call Forwarding on Login" is an excellent idea for users, but as administrators we have no visibility of who is forwarding calls
I think this could possibly be achieved by using different groups with different permissions, but I think that it would be quite complex to maintain.
