Badge owner shown in an analytics report should always match the owner shown in the Voice dashboard

The badge owner shown in an area's analytics report does not always match what the admin database shows as the owner. These should match since areas rely on the analytics reports for various reason including accounting for inventory. The owner of a badge in the admin database is always kept up to date, but badge ownership changes are not always reflected in the analytics reports. How can areas rely on the analytics reports if they are not showing up to date ownership information? I have found that after my team changes the badge owner in the admin database, we then have to make a call to/from the badge in order for the badge to show under the new area in the analytics report. Obviously this is not an ideal process, but we can't even do that for lost or damaged badges for which we cannot make/receive calls, so those badges just continue to show on the old owner's reports. Can this please be fixed so analytic reports reflect the up to date badge ownership information that matches what is shown in the Admin database. Thank you
