During an Analytics upgrade the 4 monitoring rules in the vocera_meta.dbo.meta_monitoring_rules table are not saved and written back into the tables after the upgrade is complete. The current process is that rules are turned on based on the type of Flume that is setup in Service Monitor. This causes customers to call in after an upgrade, if they have previously had the anl_ rule turned off b/c they don't have Engage data but do have the meta_ctl job on because they have Templated events of Vina usage, because they begin getting errors about anl data not coming in even though they will never have that data. We could write the Enabled settings somewhere and then during the upgrade process write the Enabled values back into that table.
