In the old VRS, scheduled reports could have a destination set as a user or group from the voice server. This enabled fewer missed reports since the users who needed a copy were always kept up to date in Device Manager groups, based on their user account. Now, we have to keep User accounts, Device Manager groups, and the scheduled report destination lists updated, adding more work and room for error.
