We had an issue where a badge was powered down while in DND mode and then logged out by the system after 18 hrs of inactivity. In reporting (VRS/Analytics) it's displayed as the user came out of DND to log out. This is not the case. If "Badge powered down" was displayed it would clarify the actions (or in this case non-actions) taken and provide more accurate reporting. (Case # 00373030)
