Ability to see entire life cycle of an alert/alarm

Have the ability for Sys Admins and Clinical Teams to see the entire life cycle of an Alert/alarm. This includes:

  • Date/Time Vocera received the alert

  • Build in delay

  • Priority - Normal, High, Urgent

  • Group it went to - with time

  • Individual within group that it was sent to and their status with time

  • Person who responded with time

  • Escalation to group/individual with times and wait time prior to escalation or reason for escalation (no one available and timeout or declined and timeout)

  • if canceled either by sending system or human, noted and time
