Details:  Provide Reporting by Rounder.  Many hospitals are reporting by rounder rather than by unit.  This allows them to support and provide accountability by rounder.

• Report the rounding census/unit by rounder  - example:  report % of rounds nurse manager complete on her ICU and CC units
• Report the % and # of follow-ups by rounder - to support effectiveness and process improvement
• Report the % of rounds with recognition by rounder
