If a tenant or facility only has one Staff Round setup then no matter what is setup in OLTP.dbo.SettingValues table in the SRSurveyDefaultName field  for the name of that Staff Round the only name that will appear in the OLTP.StaffRounds table in the StaffRoundSurveyTypeName field, and thus in BI, will be named ‘Staff Round’.  If a second Staff Round (StaffRoundAlt1, 2, 3, 4, 5) is created then the proper name will get written to the StaffRounds table and thus will show in BI.  The need would be to have the correct name show if the facility onlyhad the one Staff Round setup.
