One thing that's annoying for users on the smartphone is that they cannot delete text messages in VCS or on Web Console with a click of the button.  They have to go through and hide each and every message.  From the badge you can issue commands to delete all text messages, but if you obviously do that on the smartphone, it will keep the messages still. 

Having a way to remove multiple text messages at the click of one button would be beneficial for endusers.
