The Smartphone earpiece volume and speaker phone volume need to be individual volumes. Currently there is only one volume setting (in call volume) and although i need to have the volume all the way up on the earpiece - when a broadcast comes through it scares you half to death becasue its SUPER LOUD!!! very disruptive if your working in a quite enviroment. These need to be individual volume settings (or at least the difference between the 2 needs to be lessened).
