For VMP application, there should be the option to install on multiple devices per user.  Many physicians and executives have iPads and iPhones or androids.  When stationary, they be use their iPads.  When on the move, they may have their cell phones.  The VMP app should be available on both these devices for the user with a syncronization between the two.
