Sort by availability (Status) within VCS client contacts

Customer has begun using our VCS client and pointed out that although you can see the status within favorites you cannot see statuses of individuals in contacts. This idea is two part
1) Show the status of all contacts not just favorites within the VCS client
2) Be able to sort or filter on availablity and show only available contacts

Related ideas
VCS 3.6 brought the ability to see the status in the contacts view as well. There are no plans to change the sort in VCS to filter based on presence.
