Providers at our organization have requested a feature that would allow them to sort their messages by the oldest, unread message in a conversation.

The first message in a conversation usually has the most pertinent information and they would like to see that first instead of any subsequent messages in that conversation when they open the message. Ideally, this could be toggled on and off as a end user preference.
