When we have providers that are responsible for multiple on-call DLs. They would like the ability to receive a message for oncall DLs they are in monitor for or silently receive the message while still being able to see what is sent. At the same time they need to get regular notifications for other on-call DLs. This is to allow them to remain the oncall surgeon but not have to be awakened when other DLs receive a message that doesn't need to be addressed during the night.
