We would like to have all on-call distribution list activity written to a table in WICMASTER showing the user(ID), DL ID, time/date of change, current status. We are only looking for changes to status.

To prevent the table from getting too large the entries could be moved to an archive table for DL status similar to how the messages table is moved to an archive table.

We are frequently asked why someone didn't get a message and are unable to see who was on call or in monitor at a given time/date for a DL.
