Would it be possible to submit a User Story for removing the ‘Not Connected’ notification that Androids see in the notifications section? 
When a VCS client is not voice connected, we see the ‘Not Connected’ banner and notification within Android. There are several sites that have Messaging and Voice but there is one site that has just Messaging, so they will get this message 100% of the time.
