Messages sent through Collaboration Suite to reach VST users

We would like the ability to programatically send messages from Collaboration Suite to badge, Collaboration Suite phone, and VST users all in the same message.

    Can we programmatically call a template, populate the data and send to these devices?

    Thank you for submitting the idea. Template messages can be set up to reach all of these endpoints in VCS.
