Hospital uses surge beds as needed depending on hospital census. These beds are hidden and activated in the hospital systems when required. Vina needs to be optimized to accommodate workflows that allow beds to be hidden and visible when "activated" or admitted to, or be flagged as Surge Beds to allow special rules for these locations on the platform.
