Currently the Vina ringtones are very musical. Hard of hearing Users and Users in areas that are noisy (dialysis machines, ventilators, monitored patients) have a lot of difficulty hearing the the Vina ringtones, so are missing many phone calls. This is also stressful and makes communication difficult.
