Increase (or Make Configurable) Call Waiting Beep Volume

We have had several users complain that the call waiting beep is too low to hear. Which causes the user to be unsure if the call is still processing or has been dropped.

      I believe this tone is set by the local environment and not directly controlled by Vocera.
