In Engage we were able to search for the phone number to see who was working with a specific phone today and send them a message or call them directly from Engage.

For any facility like ours that has dedicated numbers for things like charge phones or Guest Relation phones for specific units, it would be nice to be able to search for those numbers.

The staff carrying these phones are filling the role of a Charge Nurse or Guest Relations, but they are not always a Charge Nurse or Guest Relations.

A supervisor, manager, or even volunteer could be filling the role that day and it would be difficult to learn this without searching for the number.
