Alerts Displayed in Conversation Window - Ability to Configure

It would be helpful to be able to configure the alerts from adapters (nurse call for this example). In this example the alert is not displaying correctly & would require a major change in he configuration & an expense to the customer. Would like to be able to configure what is displayed in the Conversation Alert window.

    The requested experience is possible with updates to the current config.
