As part of the 10.3.6 rollout, a feature was installed that has a pop up show if you are using a third party dialer. This notification asks for you to 'Enable Draw Over'. Our MDM settings do not allow changes to take place, so if you select to enable, the change never actually happens. This means at the next login, the notification will pop up again. If we were to turn off the MDM to allow the change, we would have to follow up on 4,000+ devices before turning the MDM back on. We request a way to stop the enable draw over notification without having to make changes to our MDM.
