Currently in Vina, if a Surveillance nurse has received multiple MEWS alerts in a period of time (10+ alerts in a span of an hour or so at times) the surveillance nurse has to accept each individual alert manually. Viewing a MEWS alert does not add you to conversation like it does in MEWS alerts for Engage. MEWS score will take over the home display and push all messages below the 10+ alerts. Once they have accepted all of the individual alerts, they can then use edit and select all to remove the alert from the home screen.

We are asking to be included on alerts upon view and then allow for select all on edit option.
