Within iOS, there is a Vina setting called “Always Deliver Immediately. Critical alerts appear on the lock screen and play a sound even if a Focus is on or iPhone is muted”. This appeared to allow us to send messages as “critical” and have that override a provider’s silenced phone and have an audible alert. This would be great functionality, but we were told that when sending a text in the app, we can’t change the messages priority to take advantage of this setting.
